Join me for a lavish feast on Saturday, May 11th, featuring my Tahchin Baked Saffron Rice Dish (with crunchy Tahdig crust) + mouth-water Za’atar Chicken, along with the gorgeous appetizer grazing table, multi-course dinner spread and Persian Dessert + Tea Service.
We will kick off the evening gathering around a grazing table to nibble on a gorgeous spread of Mediterranean Mezze Small Plates + Appetizers, featuring my signature Persian Cheese + Herb Platter, Stuffed Grape Leaves, many dips and assorted Persian flat breads. I will also be serving complimentary Persian Persuasion Cocktails + Mocktails.
Then, we will get seated at the dining table to enjoy a multi-course, family-style Persian feast, served by your host Parisa. During the course of the dinner, we will enjoy sharing stories and laughter, prompted by questions Parisa will ask or stories she will tell, to inspire some lively conversations.
After a post-dinner break to mingle and refresh, we will reconvene at the dinner table to enjoy a delicious and aromatic spread of Persian desserts and Persian Tea Service as a very sweet way to end the evening.
