Parisa Parnian is an Iranian-American multi-disciplinary visual artist and culinary creative. She uses food, design and performative storytelling to build bridges and connect communities.
As a Cultural and Culinary Uplifter, Parisa has been combining her extensive experience in lifestyle design, event curation, food & cultural art installations and private dinner parties to delight the senses and warm the spirit.
After a significant career in the NYC and LA fashion industry, Parisa expanded her creative and design reach by launching Savage Muse, a radically inclusive design studio, and Savage Taste, a multi-faceted food, culture + community building hub.
Parisa’s signature style is to play with and subvert the colorful layers of ancestral traditions of the MENA/SWANA cultures thru her creative design and interactive culinary projects.
Parisa’s focus is on the colorful intersections of ancestral traditions meeting the very modern and often subversive world that she inhabits. She recently launched her own spice blend called PÉRXICAN- which is a celebration of cultural fluidity and the marriage of Persian + Mexican flavors.
